This Privacy Policy explains how Idle & Awake Tools (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use this website.

1. Data you enter into our tools

Our tools run in your web browser. Numbers you type and files you open are processed on your device and are not uploaded to our servers. We cannot see, store or share them.

Some features remember things for you on this device only: your theme choice, favorite and recently used tools, saved calculator inputs, and game scores and streaks. These are stored in your browser’s local storage and are never sent to us. The site may also keep a cached copy of its own pages and scripts so it loads faster and works offline; this cache contains site files, not your data. You can remove all of this at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser settings.

2. Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical information needed to deliver pages securely, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used for security, abuse prevention and aggregate traffic statistics.

We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without tracking you across sites. We may also use Google Analytics 4 to see which tools are useful. It sets first-party cookies (such as _ga) and reports visits in aggregate; Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. Visitors in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland are measured without analytics cookies unless they consent. Nothing you type or upload into a tool is ever sent to analytics. You can opt out on any site with Google’s opt-out browser add-on.

3. Advertising and cookies

This site is supported by advertising provided by Google AdSense.

  • Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.
  • Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.

5. Support widgets (Buy Me a Coffee and Ko-fi)

Our “Buy Me a Coffee” and “Ko-fi” buttons may load content from those services, which may set their own cookies. The Buy Me a Coffee panel loads a page from buymeacoffee.com only after you open it, and the Ko-fi link takes you to ko-fi.com in a new tab. Any support you send is handled by those services under their own privacy policies.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. Because our tools don’t collect the data you enter, most requests will relate to advertising and affiliate cookies, which you can control as described above. 7. Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
